This machine can make various kinds of slipper, shoe, sandal, gumboot ,bag and sole with EVA material. 
 
1. Intelligent SIEMENS PLC operation system, Mitsubishi frequency conversion control element.

2.The high clamping force for the production of every kind of EVA items, 
and it enhances the machine’s potential performances.

3. Hydraulic management controlled by permanent magnet brushless motors (SERVO-MOTORS) .

4. Each mould-holder fits 2 moulds, Automatic compensation of the mould plates,Fast opening of mould-holders.

5. Pressure, time of moulding, mould temperature and cooling time all controlled independently, 
which can make the outsole perfect.Finished product ratio can up to 98%.

6. Automatic system for open and close mold will reduce labor intensity a lot.

7. Machine designed for excellent energy saving (optional) with the same high performance level, 
Guaranteed energy savings up to 35%-50%.

8. Low operate platform,Operating height is ergonomic and comfortable .

9. It does not need water cooling circulation for mold station.
